| 1982 | January: We became more involved in mining operations in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone. |
| 1983 | August: Through a partnership venture acquired the assets of the now defunct Sierra Leone Diamonds Ltd., a complete diamond cutting factory located in Freetown, Sierra Leone. |
| 1984-1985 | Efforts were centered around reestablishing the cutting factory in Freetown, which involved finding and constructing a new location, setting up administratively, and attempting to reorganize with the government of Sierra Leone. We also became more involved with small-scale mining. |
| 1986-1993 | Concentrated on cutting and expanding marketing of both rough and finished to the trade. |
| 1994-1996 | Joined with local partners in an export license in Sierra Leone, and a mining venture in Guinea. |
| 1997-1999 | Because of the rebel wars in Sierra Leone, we became more involved in Guinea with local partners there with an export license and larger-scale mining operations. |
| 2000-Present | Due to the continuing uncertainty in West Africa, our new focus has been to become more involved with manufacturing new diamond cuts and technology, while maintaining our relationships internationally within the trade. |
